We greatly enjoyed everything, it was good. Beds were really comfortable. Plus, parking was available. Wonderful base for exploring Rye.

The room and facility was very clean, the breakfast was nice! We had twin beds and we all slept well. Wonderful owner running the hotel. It's within walking distance of The Oak, good for a little drink.
